Starting Principles
A collection of principles I've found helpful over the years.
I’ve come across these over the years and have found them helpful.
- To suffer before it is necessary is to suffer more than is necessary.
- Half doing something is an expensive way of not doing it.
- There is no value in winning when the game doesn’t matter to you.
- Be good to your future self by prioritizing what compounds.
- You can be twice as rich by deciding you need half as much.
- If you rethink this from scratch, what would this look like if it were easy?
- Action over perfection
- How can I enjoy my current state?
- Can this go without being said?
- Substance over speed
- Control needs, expand assets
- Consistency first, intensity second
